At NH Technologies LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your NicheHunter subscription. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. 7-Day Free Trial
All subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period:
- You have full access to all features of your selected plan
- Your payment method will not be charged
- You can cancel at any time without being charged
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin
We strongly encourage you to fully explore the Service during your trial period to ensure it meets your needs.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your account and data will remain accessible until the end of the billing period
- Unused Creative Studio tokens will expire at the end of the billing period
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Within 72 Hours of First Payment
If you are not satisfied with the Service after your trial ends and your first payment is processed, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of your first charge, provided:
- You have not excessively used the Service (more than 50 searches or 25 tokens consumed)
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- This is your first subscription with NicheHunter
3.2 After 72 Hours
After the 72-hour window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We believe the 7-day free trial provides ample opportunity to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
3.3 Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in the following circumstances:
- Significant service outages or technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
- Billing errors on our part
- Other exceptional circumstances as determined by our support team
4. Token Purchases
Additional Creative Studio token packs purchased separately from your subscription are non-refundable once any tokens from the pack have been used. Unused token packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase upon request.
5. Plan Changes
5.1 Upgrades
When upgrading to a higher-tier plan:
- You will receive immediate access to additional features
- You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period
- Future charges will reflect your new plan rate
5.2 Downgrades
When downgrading to a lower-tier plan:
- The change will take effect at the start of your next billing period
- You will retain access to your current plan features until then
- No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period
6. How to Request a Refund

Include your account email and reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks result in additional fees and may result in immediate termination of your account. In most cases, we can resolve issues more quickly by working with you directly.
8. Currency and Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences between the time of purchase and refund.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
